As owner of Bristol Management, Mark Limongelli has been fortunate enough to find experts in the North American marketplace that allows the company to provide a team approach to its clients.

Mark Limongelli  – Owner

Having worked at all levels in the trade event and conference industries since 1986, Mark Limongelli has developed great experience in the operational planning and execution of all types of marketing events and large scale meetings.

Working with some of North Americas largest show producers, he has provided many of his clients with turnkey solutions for exhibit floor and conference management. Gaining experience with four world leader summits between 2002 and 2010 has also allowed him to deliver a collaborative approach to event management for his clients.

Extensive experience Project Managing leading-edge exhibits at countless trade shows and face to face marketing events in venues throughout Canada and the United States, Mark brings a varied and extensive set of tools and resources to his clients.

Major strengths are budgeting, event architecture and vendor contracting. Timeline creation and project based skills complete the portfolio of elements that allow him to deliver industry expertise to all levels of the event industry.

Kerry Kilbey – Senior Project Manager

Kerry has been a part of the event industry in the Vancouver market for over 20 years and has been on all sides of the planning and execution of conventions, conferences, major events and shows. This includes an 11 year tenure at the Vancouver Convention Centre as an Event Manager and Manager of Client Services.

Since joining Bristol Management in 2002 Kerry has played significant Project Management roles in countless local, national and international events. The advantage of Kerry’s involvement in each event is this varied experience he has had from being on the facility side, the client side as well as a client partner.

Kerry’s experience includes six major political summits hosted by the Government of Canada, three Olympic Games, and over 100 Head of State & Royal visits.

Kerry’s largest project to date was as Head of Logistics for Olympic Broadcasting Services Vancouver for the 2010 Olympic Games. While managing a twenty million dollar budget his responsibilities included the planning and delivery of all personnel Travel, Transportation, Catering, Accommodation and Accreditation for a crew of 2,700. In addition, he managed the warehouse that housed the broadcast equipment for the Games.
